Victorian Architecture, West Hartford, CT

This beautiful Victorian home is located in the Boulevard Historic District, one of three historic districts in West Hartford, CT. After I posted this on Instagram last week, I learned that this home has been extensively renovated in recent years. Historic preservation at work! I think they have done a marvelous job and I especially love the color scheme. The details of this shingle style home are just wonderful, especially the sloping roofline and the turret. We don’t have an abundance of Victorian architecture in West Hartford, so I truly appreciate the effort put into this home. Enjoy!
